The terms under which we provide our services. Please read them before engaging us.
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern the services provided by Campoverde Repair ("we", "I", "us") based in Pinar de Campoverde, Pilar de la Horadada, Alicante, Spain. By engaging our services you agree to these terms. [Business owner / legal entity name and registration details to be inserted here.]
We provide computer, laptop and Apple device repair; new and existing device setup and data transfer; virus and malware removal; data recovery and backup; WiFi and network setup; remote support; website design and refresh; and business IT services. Services may be carried out on-site (within approximately 30 km of Pinar de Campoverde) or remotely.
Any price given before we have examined a device is an estimate only. Faults can be more or less serious than they first appear. Where a repair will cost more than expected, we will contact you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You are free to decline at that point; a diagnostic fee may apply for work already carried out.
You are responsible for keeping your own backup of any data, software and files on your devices before handing them over for repair. While we take great care, repairs and data recovery carry an inherent risk, and some faults can result in data loss that is beyond our control.
We cannot guarantee the recovery of lost data, and we accept no liability for any loss of data, software or settings arising from the services we provide. Where you ask us to, we will always do our best to back up and protect your data as part of the work.
Prices will be agreed with you before work begins or, for ongoing work, as set out in a separate written agreement. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed. For larger projects (such as websites or business IT work), we may ask for a deposit or stage payments.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have the right to cancel a service contract within 14 days of agreeing it, under Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish consumer law. However, where you ask us to begin work during that period and the service is then fully performed, your right to cancel ends once the service is complete; and you may be charged for work already carried out. By asking us to start urgent or same-day work, you acknowledge this.
We stand behind our work. If a repair we carried out fails due to our workmanship within a reasonable period, we will put it right at no extra labour cost. This warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or faults in parts or software supplied by third parties. Statutory consumer guarantees under Spanish and EU law are not affected by this clause.
Replacement parts and any third-party software or services carry only the warranty offered by their own manufacturer or provider. We are not responsible for faults, limitations or changes in third-party hardware, software, operating systems or online services.
For website design, refresh and business IT projects, the specific scope, deliverables, timescales and costs will be agreed in writing before work begins. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of any content you ask us to publish, and for holding the rights to any text, images or material you provide. Ongoing services such as maintenance or support contracts will be governed by their own separate agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, loss of business or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Please collect your device promptly once we tell you the work is complete. Devices left uncollected for an extended period after repeated reminders may be subject to storage charges, and after the period allowed by law may be disposed of to recover costs.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you engage our services.
